When will I be charged?
Your payment is processed at the time your order is placed.
Can I return my order?
Yes — returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for unused, unopened items in their original condition.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to a customer error (for example, the wrong scent or size was ordered), you are responsible for return shipping. If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, we will cover the cost.
What if my candle arrives damaged?
Please email support@epoxyempress.com within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll replace it at no cost to you.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
