RETURNS, REFUNDS & DAMAGES POLICY
Epoxy Empress Candle Co. – Wholesale Terms
Due to the nature of our products, all candle and fragrance sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on candles, wax-based products, room sprays, or any consumable items.
Please review your order carefully upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the issue. Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion.
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for resolution.
Eligible Returns (Non-Consumable Items Only)
Non-consumable items (such as accessories or non-fragrance goods) may be eligible for return within 14 days of deliveryif:
• The item is unused
• In original packaging
• In resalable condition
Return authorization is required prior to sending any items back. Items returned without approval will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.
Damages & Shipping Issues
We take great care in packaging orders, but once a shipment leaves our studio, we are not responsible for carrier-related damage or delays. All damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos so we can assist in filing a carrier claim or issuing a resolution.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing once approved.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not meet the above conditions.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has entered production, been poured, or prepared for shipment, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Final Sale & Limited Runs
All seasonal collections, limited editions, and made-to-order items are final sale.
