SHIPPING POLICY
Epoxy Empress Candle Co. – Wholesale & Retail Fulfillment Terms
At Epoxy Empress, each piece is produced with care and packaged to meet the highest standards. Please review the shipping details below prior to placing your order.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
Certain collections, seasonal releases, limited editions, or made-to-order items may require extended processing times. Any additional lead time will be clearly stated on the product listing or confirmed at the time of order.
We reserve the right to adjust processing timelines during periods of high volume, seasonal demand, or production cycles.
Wholesale & Custom Orders
Wholesale, bulk, and custom orders are produced on a separate fulfillment timeline.
Estimated ship windows will be provided at the time of order, outlined in your wholesale agreement, or confirmed directly. By placing a wholesale or custom order, you acknowledge and accept the associated production timelines.
Once production has begun, wholesale and custom orders cannot be canceled or modified.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. We use real-time carrier rates to ensure accuracy.
All shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only.
International shipping is not available at this time.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to populate in the carrier’s system.
Carrier Responsibility & Delivery
Epoxy Empress is not responsible for carrier delays, delivery errors, or service disruptions once an order has been transferred to the shipping provider.
All delivery timeframes provided are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Epoxy Empress is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen. We recommend selecting secure delivery locations.
If your package is delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in initiating a carrier claim when applicable. Resolution is subject to the carrier’s investigation and determination.
Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate at checkout. Epoxy Empress is not responsible for orders delayed, misdelivered, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
Orders returned due to address errors may be subject to reshipping fees.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax is collected in accordance with state and local laws.
Force Majeure
Epoxy Empress is not liable for delays or failure to fulfill orders due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, carrier delays, labor shortages, or governmental actions.
